Gentle Unfolding is soft and warm — blush, peach and pale cream drifting together like light through morning haze. It has a calm, settled quality, the kind of piece that quietly warms a room and makes it feel finished. At 102 × 102 cm it's a generous statement square: hang it on a main wall and it softens and anchors the whole space at once.
I built it up slowly, layer over layer, thinking about the quiet way things in us soften and resolve over time. The surface is worked in mixed media on canvas, so it holds a real depth that shifts gently as the light moves across it through the day.
