Where I Ship

I ship across the UAE and worldwide. Whether close by or across the globe, your artwork is packed and handled with the attention it deserves.

Processing Times

• Original paintings: 3–5 business days (may vary depending on size and drying time)
• Limited & open edition prints: 3–5 business days
• Commissions: Timelines are confirmed in your proposal and contract

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Delivery Times

• UAE: 2–4 business days
• GCC countries: 5–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on couriers, customs, or weather conditions.

Shipping Fees

• Original paintings: Complimentary worldwide delivery
• Limited edition prints: Complimentary worldwide delivery
• Open edition prints: Complimentary delivery within the UAE; AED 100 for international orders

Packaging

UAE Orders

• Originals: Delivered framed and ready to hang — a finished statement for your space
• Limited edition prints: Delivered stretched on stretcher bars
• Open edition prints: Delivered unframed, flat-packed or rolled depending on size

International Orders

• Originals & Limited edition prints: Shipped rolled in a protective tube or, for significant works, via dedicated art courier
• Open edition prints: Shipped rolled in rigid tubes or flat-packed, depending on size

Every original painting is hand-signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Limited edition canvas prints include a hand-signed certificate, while open edition prints include a digital signature and certificate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International collectors are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by their country. These costs are not included at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for guidance.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged: Email support@ayoubmohebbi.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Lost/Delayed: I’ll liaise with the courier to resolve the matter quickly.

In the rare event of a confirmed loss or damage, I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Special Care for Originals

High-value or large-format originals may be shipped using a dedicated art courier and may require a signature upon delivery. These details will always be confirmed with you before dispatch.
