Return & Refund Policy — My Collector Guarantee

Thank you for supporting my art. Every piece I create is made with care, intention, and the hope that it becomes a meaningful part of your life. I also know that buying art—especially online—can feel like a leap of faith. That’s why I’ve designed my return policy to be clear, fair, and collector-friendly.

If for any reason your artwork doesn’t feel right in your space, I want you to feel reassured knowing you have options.

1. My Collector Guarantee

If you’re not 100% happy with your artwork, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it—no hard feelings. Simply send it back in its original condition and packaging, and I’ll refund you in full.

This way, you can experience the piece in your home without the pressure of “what if it doesn’t fit?”

2. What’s Eligible

• Eligible: Original paintings (one-of-a-kind), Open edition giclée prints, Limited edition canvas prints
• Not eligible: Commissions or custom artwork, Sale items or gift cards, Any artwork damaged after delivery

3. How to Start a Return

Email me at support@ayoubmohebbi.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the artwork (and packaging if damaged). Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

• Return shipping: I’ll cover the cost of return shipping, so you can collect with complete peace of mind.
• Once approved, I’ll send you the return instructions and a prepaid label.

4. If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit or incorrect:

• Prints: I’ll replace or refund them right away.
• Original paintings: A full refund will be issued once the piece is returned safely.

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Refunds

• Returned items are inspected within 2 business days of arrival.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• International duties/taxes are non-refundable (if applicable).

6. EU “Cooling-Off” Period

If you’re in the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel and return eligible items for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Standard return conditions apply.

Why This Policy Exists

I want you to collect art with confidence, knowing the risk is not on you. The only thing I ask is that returns are made in the same condition they arrived so the artwork can be preserved.

Art is deeply personal—sometimes it’s an instant fit, and sometimes it’s not. Either way, you’ll never be stuck with a piece that doesn’t feel right.
