2) About the Artwork

Every artwork offered here — whether an original, a limited edition, or a commission — is a singular creation. Each piece carries its own textures, nuances, and expressive variations: hallmarks of authenticity that distinguish true artistry from mass production. These characteristics ensure that your acquisition is not merely decorative, but a meaningful addition to your collection — crafted to endure, to be cherished, and to be passed on.

3) Products & Availability

Listings are kept current and accurate to the best of our ability. Availability is intentionally limited, reflecting the scarcity of original works and hand-produced editions. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a refund.

4) Orders, Confirmations & Cancellations

• You will receive an order confirmation by email after checkout.
• Please review carefully and contact us immediately at support@ayoubmohebbi.com if any details are incorrect.
• Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order (e.g., listing errors, payment issues, suspected misuse). Any amounts paid will be refunded in such cases.

5) Pricing, Currency & Payments

• Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed via secure gateways shown at checkout.
• International collectors are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees.
• Prices reflect materials, scale, rarity, craftsmanship, and the lasting value of each piece.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Each order is packaged with care to preserve both the integrity and presentation of your artwork. Delivery timelines vary by destination and product type according to our Shipping Policy. Tracking details are shared once your order ships. Any delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

7) Returns & Refunds

Returns are available in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Given their tailored nature, commissions and custom works are non-returnable.

8) Commissions & Custom Work

• Commissions are fulfilled under a separate written agreement outlining scope, timelines, approvals, and pricing.
• A deposit is required to begin work and is non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in the agreement.
• Minor variations are inherent to original art and form part of the final work’s character.

9) Intellectual Property & Usage

All artworks, images, text, logos, and other content on the Site are the intellectual property of Ayoub Mohebbi or are used with permission. Purchasing artwork grants ownership of the physical piece only; no reproduction or copyright rights are transferred. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

10) Promotions, Gift Cards & Codes

• Promotions and codes may be offered to celebrate collectors and new releases.
• Offers are valid only within the stated timeframe and conditions.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless explicitly allowed.
• Gift cards (where offered) are redeemable only on the Site and are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

11) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
