Packaging

• UK & USA: 
  • Originals & Limited edition prints: Shipped rolled in a protective tube or, for significant works, via dedicated art courier
  • Open edition prints: Printed locally, and delivered unframed, flat-packed or rolled depending on size
• UAE: 
  • Originals: Delivered framed and ready to hang — a finished statement for your space
  • Limited edition prints: Delivered stretched on stretcher bars
  • Open edition prints: Delivered unframed, flat-packed or rolled depending on size
• Rest of the world:
  • Originals & Limited edition prints: Shipped rolled in a protective tube or, for significant works, via dedicated art courier
  • Open edition prints: Shipped rolled in rigid tubes or flat-packed, depending on size

Certificates

• Originals and limited editions include hand-signed Certificates of Authenticity
• Open editions prints are not signed

Customs & Taxes

International collectors are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or handling fees.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey home.

Return Window

14 days from delivery (items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

How to Start

Email support@ayoubmohebbi.com with your order number, reason, and photos. Once approved, you’ll receive prepaid return instructions and a shipping label. I’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages or Errors

Report within 5 days of delivery with photos. Replacements or refunds will be arranged once confirmed.

Refunds

• Inspected within 2 business days of return
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable
