Each piece is prepared and shipped with the same care that went into its creation, arriving not just as an object, but as part of your collection.

Where I Ship

Within the UAE and worldwide.

Processing Times

Originals and fine art prints: 3–5 business days. Commissions: as agreed in your contract.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch: UAE 2–4 days; GCC 5–7 days; other international destinations 7–14 days.

Fees

Originals: complimentary worldwide delivery. Fine art prints: complimentary delivery within the UAE and AED 100 for international delivery.

Packaging

Originals delivered in the UAE arrive framed and ready to hang. International originals are shipped rolled in protective tubes or by dedicated art courier. Fine art prints are delivered unframed and carefully rolled in protective packaging.

Signatures & Certificates

Original paintings include hand-signed Certificates of Authenticity. Open edition fine art prints are digitally signed.

Customs & Taxes

International collectors are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or handling fees.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey home.

Return Window

30 days from delivery (items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

How to Start

Email support@ayoubmohebbi.com with your order number, reason, and photos. Once approved, you’ll receive prepaid return instructions and a shipping label. I’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages or Errors

Report within 5 days of delivery with photos. Replacements or refunds will be arranged once confirmed.

Refunds

• Inspected within 2 business days of return
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable
